These are very rare and special lamps designed in Britain by METEK Circa 1930. Incredibly engineered, the lamps fold up elegantly so that they can be neatly stowed away.

The base has a spring clamp underneath so that it can be fixed onto tables and other furniture. It is likely that these lamps were designed for travel and would have been the first of their kind.

The original finish of each lamp is worn in places giving them an original authentic patina. The bulb holders take bayonet bulbs.

Fully rewired and meets all current regulations.
